Her experience reaches across nearly every area of business operations, including accounting, compliance, safety, estimating, dispatch, field operations, employee development, customer relations and marketing. Kimberly is especially passionate about building a strong company culture, developing people and creating opportunities for employees. She takes great pride in the number of long-term employees who have chosen to build their careers alongside the companies she has helped develop.
